Creative Uses for a Wide Angle Lens
I’ve been wanting to try this for a while now and seeing this post has reignited my resolve to buy a decent wide angle lens and get creating.
Burt Munro Challenge 2013
Good luck to everyone involved in The Burt Munro Challenge this weekend. Looks like the weather might pack a bit of a sad, but it wouldn’t be a BMC weekend without a bit of weather to spice it up.
Southern Katipo 2013
These images are from the Bluff portion of Southern Katipo 2013. This combined the New Zealand Defence Force and various allies and partners from around the world. Over a two week period they have been carrying out various exercises in the fictional country Mainlandia.
As part of the exercise the HMNZS Canterbury and the French Frigate came to Bluff to evacuate a pre-selected group of people acting as ex-pat New Zealanders needing to be evacuated from Mainlandia.

Alice in Wonderland Inspired Shoot – Part I
After a few months of planning, gathering the costume and props and following a couple of false starts, we finally managed to get our Alice Shoot off the ground. This was the first in our series of themed shoots, which we’ve been bursting to share with everyone, but due to an argument with technology this has taken a bit longer than we anticipated.
Now finally here they are! Thanks to all those that have been patiently waiting for this post.

Street Machines Southland – 30th Anniversary – Feature Car
As per our previous post we had the pleasure of attending some of Street Machines Southland’s 30th anniversary celebrations yesterday. This was one of our favourites and our feature car for this series – the 1957 Ford Custom 300.
